Best is to wait for the new Korgs to arrive.
Then make your decision.

Kashif,
Tell me what you like and don't like about the PA500 and I'll try to answer your question.

Kashif... it helps if you get as specific as you can when deciding these things. You can help us give you a better idea if you clue us in to how you play, how well you play, WHAT music you play (this one is probably more important than any other), what arrangers have you played in the past, etc. etc..

Otherwise, those with Korg's will say 'buy Korg' and those with Yamaha's will say 'buy Yamaha', and you'll be no better off than before!

Hi Diki,

Thanks for your comment. I had Yamaha PSR 2000 in the past, then I replaced it with Korg pa500. I usually play eastern music mostly containg eastern percussion like Tabla, Dhol but I also play western styles. When I played Korg pa500, It sounds like there is heavy books placing on its speakers, it has very small speakers, low output, when I make customized styles, it doesn't show clearity of each percussion and orchestra as I experienced with Yamaha PSR 2000. You can watch some of my videos on youtube with the name of aliorchestra1:

Hello Kashif,
I would suggest that you check out the Korg forum. There are several discussions regarding the PA800 and eastern music. Couldn't help you with the S900, but I'm sure there is a forum somewhere that could provide you with the info you are seeking.
Ciao,
