What does the BBS stand for?
When I have used the forum here I get to it from searching arranger forum on google but when I go to synthzone.com I do not notice any direct link from the synthzone page to this forum, am I missing something on the page here, please don’t say glasses!

Yep I think it traditionally stands for Bulletin Board System

And yes there is a direct link on the front page of Synth Zone that says "Synth Zone Forums"

I always start with the page that shows the posts for this day, and can then go back and forth from there to each of the new day's posts.
that link is: http://www.synthzone.com//cgi-bin/search.cgi?action=getdaily
just click on it and then save it to your desktop.

Yes, this really is an old abreviation(did I spell that correctly? )
I can remember this when I was on a 14K4 modem in the old days on DOS. You only had BBS boards and the connection was usually made by PC anywhere...

Oh yeah I remember those days very well. I started with a 300 BAUD modem using Fidonet BBS boards. It was a long time before the Internet. They would all connect internationally once a day to update messages that had been sent to them locally.
