Hello to all new and old members. i've still been lurking occassionally, see some old friends, gary, scott, etc, who were always such a big help to me. I've been suffering from some big medical problems, which of course has created some mental issues, but WORST OF ALL . . . MY BELOVED psr 2100 is not working right, for quite a while now actually, so i dont' have the benefit, calming effect that my music/playing provides for me - you musicians know exactly what i mean . .. I'me well enough now to start playing again, and i've got enough saved to buy a psr-s910, which is what i really want. I see a guy on ebay has one for sale, but he is a new seller, and i'm a bit afraid to buy from him. I know a few of you may have lead to where I can buy my arranger for a good price, with a reputable dealer.
Im so excited to get back into playing again, any help will be appreciated.

thanks,
jill i.e. girljam

Jill, welcome back.

Not sure where you live, but here on the east coast Frankieve from Audio Works is a great guy to do business with. He's also a working musician and a member of this forum. I've purchased a number of pieces of equipment from him and he's a great guy to deal with and his prices are right. He is Yamaha dealer too.

Hi Jill,

Glad to see you here again. Can't beat Frankie's Audioworks. He will treat you right.

If you have problems understanding the inner workings of the keyboard, be sure to head over to www.psrtutorial.com where you'll find lots of users that are more than willing to provide you with up to date information.

Cheers,

Gary

Thanks Stephen -

I live in Florida, about 20 miles north of Clearwater Beach, in Port Richey Florida, we're right on the coast. I used to have a 2-girl band, with my 2100 and we were quite popular on the local scene, until my partner, decided alcohol was more important.
With my current disabilites, i'll be playing for myself, initially, but who knows????
thanks again for the info,

Jill

I'll agree, Frankieve at Audioworks in CT. is always my first stop, a fellow gigging musician, knowledgeable, honest, great prices, super fast shipping, service & phone support.

Jill, congratulations you're going to love the s910. I've been using Korg the last couple of years and I was very happy with the Korg, but there's something about the s910 that is a good fit for the audiences I'm playing to. So the s910 has become my board of choice. Good luck with it!!
