Cass,

I can only echo what most have said above. You've made an excellent choice and I'm confident it will serve your needs very well. As for the vocal harmonizer, check out Dan's latest post and you'll be amazed at how great it can sound.

Good Luck,

Gary

The only thing I am a little disappointed in is... why did you get an S900, when the S910 is shipping almost as we speak?

Another week or so, and you would have been future-proofed for another couple of years

I was kinda tempted by the S910, but now I have messed around with the GW-8L again, I am all confused! Were I to need a small lightweight arranger to do what I currently do, I might shoot for the GW-8L. But if I landed a bunch of background type restaurant gigs, I might go for the S910, with its' smoother, more CD-like sound.

It was a very simple decision, Diki - brand new s910 with a few add-ons at close to list OR B-stock s900 at a great discount. I didn't see the 910 as a break-thru keyboard, with the savings I can start a fund to buy the next BIG THING out there if I want.

BTW - did I tell you that for what I sold the G70 for, I was able to pay for my Compact and s900 and still have money for a Big Mac meal.

Casp, After spending over a year with the S900 I feel "ya did good". I was very happy with the keyboard.
