I set something in motion last night that I think I've never done before. I will say I'm excited, but the details will have to wait until all is said and done...

Round and round she goes, where she stops nobody knows...
Well, she stopped in an unfortunate place. On Wednesday within a two-hour span I bought a S900 and sold my G70. Unfortunately, I woke up this morning to an email explaining that now my buyer cannot complete the sale. When I bought the S900 it was a move to lightn my load with the knowledge I might be the owner of two arrangers for a time. I was escited when all the cards seemed to fall into place. I set my mind on giving up the G70 and was happy with the decision. Now I find I will have it for a while now.
UNLESS someone here or later next week on eBay decides to buy it. I think I've priced it right, especially since it's in mint condition, comes with that great Gator case and has all its accessories. I'm even throwing in shipping and an FC7 pedal, together worth over $250. http://www.synthzone.com/ubbs/Forum29/HTML/002655.html
If you are interested in grabbing one of the remaining mint G70's out there at a reasonable price, email me with a good, reasonable offer. Othewise it goes up on eBay next week as listed.

Good luck Cass.....the S900 is a super arranger KB......hope you can get one asap. The G70 is a much better SMF player/editor/VH, vs the S900 but IMO the S900 sounds better using styles & sounds live. And transporting the S900 is a breeze due to its lightweight.

Donny - you pretty much summed up my feelings exactly. As for SMF play, I've used Y and R sounds forever and in the end the XG and GM sounds that I use most are pretty damn close, so I hope that will be a wash. And, I'm hoping to use more styles as I go further into thes NH avenue.
Now, will somebody please buy this beautiful G70 before I post it up on eBay.

I've sweetened the deal - $1999.00 and $100 or less for shipping. It's on eBay for that price or $2175 w/free shipping. Included in the sale: G70 ver3, mint condition all accessories, incl. clear music rack and AC rare mint FC7 footpedal controller PCMCIA/CF combo filled with songs and styles Gator GK76 case w/wheels

Good luck Cass I hope you sell it soon and move on to new horizons musically. Except for Ketron Midjay....I wait for the day that someone makes an arranger that independently controlled simultaneous play modes eg: Styles, SMF, Mp3, SFX, Wav, & at least an 8"/10" tiltable bright display screen. Today's sounds & styles are more then good enough.....lets get the navigational aspect of playing up to professional needs standards.
Cass if you need help with your new S900 give me a shout.

Okay, Tone. We've got the skinny on cassp's escapade, now what have you been up to? Do tell. If it's along the lines of Taike's query, well discretion might be the order of the day.
Unfortunately, no. Only the TOTL Roland's get the multi pedal input. If the E60 had one, I might have gone with one of those for a backup, being lighter and had speakers, too. But sadly, no luck. Had to get a G70
