It seems there is less and less interest....what a shame.

I keep forgetting about it. I did both songs last night by request, but didn't hit "record".
No time to bring everything home to do a special recording session, but I will try to remember to record them.
I do enjoy hearing everyone's versions.

Hmmm . . . I was wondering the same thing, dnj.

And good on ya, DonM. It's scary what you're gonna do with Jambalaya. Betcha Nedim will need to change his shorts.

Shouldn't the thread title be "Is there anything that Donny CAN'T stir something up about?"

Way to put a negative spin on the best thing that has happened, cooperatively here, Donny..! Why not save that for IF there are no entries in next month's eJam?

Point taken, Diki, but I can't help thinking you're up to a bit of needling again.

The thing is; Diki and I TRY to be good but it's hard for us. If you know the story of the scorpion and the frog, you'll understand; it's just our nature .

124 no prob.....I'm hip to Dickie's games .....maybe if he posted something instead of critiquing it would spark some interest otherwise I just Ignore him simple as that.

And the post title ISN'T? This thread was intended as a needle. Only now, Donny has to do it under his own name

BTW, having my viewpoint ignored by Donny is all the proof I need that it is valid...

That's good because I like the "old" Diki better.

Diki...can't you take on an alias too? Like that fellow John DeLeo was somebody's other self. This way you can give yourself your own pat on the back when you need it....not that you'll ever need it!

I already let the cat out of the bag and 'fessed up that Ian and I were the same poster

But, unlike DiLeo, I prefer to use my alter ego as a counter to my arguments, rather than a pat on my own back

BTW, I noticed Donny has less and less interest in the eJam himself. Otherwise, he might have noticed that I DID contribute.

I guess that ol' spark of interest only applies to HIM, because plenty of other members commented. So, obviously, he ignores me whether I do contribute or not. Doesn't seem to be much 'maybe' about it!

Maybe a more honest first post from Donny should have been "It seems I have less and less interest....what a shame." At least that might account for him not even KNOWING I had entered, this month... And sorry, Donny, but if you consider a 51 post thread with eight or so entries, without it being turned into a pi$$ing contest, as 'dying a slow death', I have no idea what you would consider a success.

Maybe John DiLeo praising your entry?
