Who was it who said you don't get a reply to your emails from Ketron, well I've had a reply today from Marcello, he has not got to the root of the Audya head phone socket going dead yet that's because my first email message to Ketron simply said they would not reply to any emails, well I was wrong and others were too!

The problem with the headphones going off is when you make up a new reg, so if like me you play late at night or early morning, do not try to use regs that you have made up, factory ones work OK but not users ones, they need to fix this quick beacasue it's a pain.

I know other people have got the same problem in the UK but the keyboard AJ has must not have the problem or he would have been typing away and telling you!

Or he doesn't use the headphone at all!
