GW-8 with speakers, NO patch modify.., and it cost more.  Save a few bucks.., buy the GW-8 and with the money you save you can buy a nice set of studio speakers that would make the internal speakers on the Prelude sound like a joke.  GW-8 looks nicer too IMO.

Granted the Prelude has a more up to date patch set..., I would still take the E-50 over the Prelude any day.  The E-50 has much more going for it IMO.  Plus the E-50 has many other features that put it above the Prelude.  I'd say the Prelude is really the step up from the E-09, but a step down from the GW-8.
