unicorn Junior Member Registered: 08/14/02 Posts: 8 Loc: Alexandria, Greece	This is Theodore from Greece. I own a Roland XP-30 synth (no floppy drive on-board). I need some tips if any on how to convert patches from .svd format to .syx. I have downloaded the svd2syx utility, but it runs in MS-DOS mode. Please send me some info on how to use this utility, or suggest an alternative way/utility that runs in the windows environment _________________________ Unicorn

wjwilcox Junior Member Registered: 02/16/01 Posts: 14 Loc: St. Louis, Missouri, USA	Check the internet for the WinJV/XP freeware program. It has a utility called "The Muffle" which will convert numerous file types to .syx. Works great.
