Can somebody compare SR-JV80-04 (vintage) to SR-JV-11 (techno) for me? I kind of remember seeing some users in this site said #11 is USELESS in making techno/dance music... is it? if so,how come?

I can only comment on the #04. It is a good companion for techno based music but does not have any rhythm loops. Also, it consists of mostly basses, leads and pads. No beeps, bleeps, or metalic sounds to speak of. If you use this board for techno you probably would need to edit the sounds extensively. I would say that this board alone would not be a first choice for techno based music, but is usable.
