Yes, I loved the VA series. Had several over the years. The VA had aftertouch, not listed as such on the 5M. I'd be surprised if the 5M is the same soundset.

My tastes change over the years too. Don't know if I'd like the VA sounds these days, but I sure am interested in the 5M anyway.

I think the 5M might be an interesting addition to my act - used as the module and more for my AX out front.
