I have a early double Thanks Giving day in Atlantic City at the same location separate floors (two 1-hr shows)while they enjoy their Dinnerit's always my favorite gig to give thanks......then 40 min drive back home to be with my own family, with, more Fri & Saturday.... After that starting Monday starts the intense multiple Holiday gig schedule thru NYE....

Oh Yeah, let the gigs begin!!

How about you?

After tonight I'm off until Monday. We're going to Oklahoma to visit my son and family. Have to come back Sunday night because I have to drive to South Louisiana for a party Monday.
Then something like 14 straight nights of "playing".
Happy Thanksgiving everyone. We have much to be thankful for.

Got a 1-hour job just 20 minutes from home, then off to my daughter's house for turkey and fixings.

I have a steady Noon - 2:00pm background gig I do annually at a Dayton Retirement Community. I do Thanksgiving and Xmas every year for them.

Very different from my usual performances, very low key. I like it because so many residents bring their kids or grandkids up to the piano and introduce me to them, which is cool...

I'll be home by 3:00pm...Then starting Friday, all hell breaks loose...49 shows in December...It down a little bit this year...I've stepped away from some marginal clients, (like some clubs) and have more time at home...

By then I'll be looking forward to Feb 28 - March 3. I have 4 days off in a row...then another 4 day break later in the month...

Maybe a good time to do a CD?

Have a happy...

I just finished my last one until Saturday night. Tomorrow we're fixing the Thanksgiving dinner and everyone is coming over. Friday, we're headed up to Longwood Gardens for the day. Last year we ran into Michael Fienstein. He was taping a special for one of the Philly stations. We heard the music before we saw who it was and my wife commented, gee, that sounds like you. I took that as a great compliment. Saturday we're back to business as usual. Tis the season.............

Home for Thanksgiving. In-laws in town - rather be playing

Just kidding, nice to have a day off.
