You have to pay for OS upgrades, but Revisions are free (Currently on R34 with R35 out soon, adding new sounds and styles)
OAS 7 is a hardware DSP as well as software upgrade (Most are just software upgrades) so cost was higher then normal.
Cost was £390. (The DSP card actually costs €800 however you trade in the old DSP cards so that it minimises cost)
