Does anyone know if there are any 3rd party sites that sell contemporary pop & urban styles for the PA1x-Pro?

Finding good after market styles for KORG arrangers is why I sold mine ....just wasn't enough out there to keep me interested....& most Converted ones were horrible at best. Good Luck in your search.....maybe try some of the big companies that make styles like.......

Thanks. I find that the Korg arrangers are OK if you want retro pop, soul or straight ahead rock. But where there should be contemporary pop & urban available, you get a plethora of polkas and waltzes instead.

Hey Lee, here's a link from the Korg forums to a guy doing REALLY high quality styles - 2 catches.

1. You have to pay for them.

2. They are "song specific" styles, and I suspect you want more generic (and up to date) styles.

Just thought I'd try and help out anyway....

Not a lot of 3rd party styles.......just yet! Maybe the new forthcoming OS will have some eating their words.

Work with the on-board styles. I'd rather do that then download generic boring styles for other products that sound the same, over and over.

I'm so happy to grow with Korg..........

Thanks for the replies. To give you an example of what I'm looking for, take a groove found in stylus RMX, add bass and guitar or keyboards, make it it interactive and you have a contemporary style.

Sorry...........can't seem to thwart my enthusiasm I guess it would rub people the wrong way who can't find happiness in their choices. I went down that road for a long time until, oh, never mind.........

Leesong did you check out the styles on-board BEFORE you bought the KB to see if it was what you needed for your music?

Yes I did and it meets some of my needs but styles change and I would like to keep up with what's current.

Try Direct Order Online, they have lots of styles for the PA1xPro, about 5 euros each I think. www.d-o-o.de
