I recorded a song and I used an edited pad on TR 8 (previously saved on user pads).
When I saved and played back the song on the PSR-3000 it sounds like it should, drums

However when played back on my computer, the drums have an awful piano "clinking" sound. In Cakewalk, track 8 shows drum kit, and it also indicates the notes as drums, tom-tom's etc. but it plays as a piano. I can't figure out why my computer changed track 8 to a piano, while it plays as a drum on the keyboard.

Here is a short midi clip with the problem area:

How does the drum roll sound on your computer and keyboard?

Suggestions, and tips appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks Mike
Makes sense that drums belong in a drum track...at least as far as a computer is concerned with.
