If you have a mac, you can make one with iWeb (comes with the computer) easily with little knowledge. I made mine in two nights and it looks pretty pro.

Thanx everyone for all your help & support on this matter.

No shortcuts I’m afraid, every web designer uses Dreamweaver differently.
Sit down, get a few books or tutorials (Enrol on a college course) and learn how it works. (This will include accessing and using the underlying code)
If you don’t have time for this, get a more basic program with plenty of ready made templates, and use this to make your site.
