I still need someone who really knows how to use Dreamweaver 3 program.....specifically, source code PAGE links etc etc ..where are all the website gerus?

No shortcuts I’m afraid, every web designer uses Dreamweaver differently.
Sit down, get a few books or tutorials (Enrol on a college course) and learn how it works. (This will include accessing and using the underlying code)
If you don’t have time for this, get a more basic program with plenty of ready made templates, and use this to make your site.

No fee, but you do have to buy your own FTP and domain name which will cost you around $20 a year...
