Why would he want that if he wants to use styles etc?

My thoughts exactly..And the opinion that the even PSR900 sounds more real in many instruments. I sold a Triton quite a few months ago. Heck I'd buy a Fantom or Motif before a Triton. Now the M3 or Oasys........hmmmmmmm

I would wait for the PA800...
Lots of reasons including the new OS2 features/sounds.

Also, dowmload both manuals and look at them closely. I heard that the programming features are cut short on the PA500, but I don't know that to be true personally...I just read it somewhere...If your like me and want lots of programming features then it might be a showstopper.

I have the PA2XPRO...I like it a lot.

That'll beat both 500 and 900, and still cheaper.

you'll have aftertouch,on board knobs,APGTR,tons of sounds and 3 rd party support and so on.

or put a little money and get the Triton Extreme.Still around $1600 , pay 100 for full Sample RAM, and you'll have the best in the market for Electronica(yes better than Motif ES and Fantom X -IMO).
