I just sold my SRM 450's.......
A real workhorse.....I'd really A/B both the "old and new" before buying V2....

The SRM 450's are killer for general music applications, live or recorded....but in a big dance situation where you wanna pump the floor use a 1 or 2 Mackie Subs like the SWA1501,1801,2801!! to get some good bottom end.
You can't skimp on Good speakers for your rig, They are very reliable, I never had a problem with them inside or out....they can be harsh at times but easily tamed with some EQ. Nice Clean full sound, you can't go wrong with them ...
I would also suggest you look at other units from manufacturers like Yorkville, FBT, RCF, JBL, EV, go to the store with your gear and play thru them as you would in real time ....then, make a decision for YOUR NEEDS.Stay away from cheap junk you'll regret it.

Good Luck
