HI all,
I recorded this original Jazz tune that I wrote as I played it, gave it a name and attached it to a post in the other Roland Arranger Forum.
I just checked it and see that after 319 views it was never downloaded so I took it down. If you want a copy just email me.

This is recorded raw and has not been edited. I dont have time for that now.

It is best played in the Roland E 80 keyboard but if you dont have that it will be next best in the keyboard you do have as it is midi. It will be playable in your computer but will only sound as good as the quality of your computer sound card because it is midi.

I recorded this in my new Roland E 80 keyboard, in a single take, so it is a raw file.
Best to all,
Bebop

Nice foot tapper, Bebop. Too bad I can't hear it through a Roland e80.

Don't listen to John C. If he can afford getting married again he surely can afford paying you a hefty fee.

Bill,
listening to your improvisation I was taken back to that day, in your house, with Scott and Cliff, and could almost visualize you playing.
Thanks for the memories!

Bebop, how about learning how to capture audio with that laptop of yours (plenty of freeware to do simple 2 track recording), so you can post audio, next time...?

DIKI,
I can see that because you are fairly new here you don't seem to know much about me.
I will try to help you get acquainted with me.
I am soon to be 76 years old. I have been playing 70 of those years and have played with many bands including the big bands of the 40/50's, including bands that I formed, wrote the orchestrations, and owned the librarys and did all the pr work.
I played Piano bars and clubs in Hollywood and Los Angeles while getting my engineering degrees. I then went into business and quit playing gigs. I built 5 companies in 30 years and then retired.
I started with computers in 1986 on a commodore 64 and wrote a sequencer program to record music. I had so many attachments to this commodore 64 that it covered an entire table. I recorded music, sent the program via mail along with my track to others to add other tracks and it got back to me I mixed it and burned it.
I have had a recording studio for the last 15 years. In here I have currently only 11 keyboards as I have sold several. I have two recording racks with effects units, Recording gear, and samplers. I have an entire wall filled with sound systems.
I use cakewalk Deluxe pro Audio version 10 for recording in all formats.
I have 4 computers in here that are used for different things. Two of them are top end Toshiba that cost well over 3000.00 each. They are not toys. The desktops are Sony and HP, also not toys.
Now to focus on your post.
thank you for your advice.
I put this file out in Midi format because it is native to the E 80 and it was done first of all for My E 60/80 email list that has quite a few members. They can just click on it and play it through their E80 keyboards directly from the computer email program.
Then it was sent out to my ALL list that includes many members that are still on dial up because that is what they can afford but they are music lovers. many of these people have been on my music lists for many years. There are several hundreds.
I will next convert the song to Wave file so it can be burned to a Cd and I will remix and master it. At that time I will also convert it to either MP3 or WMA.
Thanks for your offer to post it on the "other" Roland forum that you are a member of. Your request wasn't for a specific format, so I left it in the native Roland midi format.
Best to you and yours,
Bebop

Bill, Nice work, I enjoyed the tune. What's even better work is the amazing career you've had, very impressive without a doubt. Amazing what can happen adding one day after one day at a time, builds into a fantastic career.
