As you all know I have been working with a G1000 and a DisCover5 for over a year..I just did a quick recording of my favorite sound[I won't buy a keyboard without it]...Don't pay attention to my sloppy fingering in the beginning, I was trying to set up a sound while playing...Just like I would have done live on the job...

Nice shirt! I'd have a Roland Bed Comforter if I could, but the wife wouldn't take to that.

Nice demo Fran.

Hi Fran,

I have a friend nearby who uses a Solton X4. It has a sound just like that. In fact they probably sampled it from Roland.

Roland always got certain things right. The vocal samples were always well done. Anyone remember the Roland W-30?

I worked as the keyboard mgr.(whatever that means) for a large indy music store(10,000 sq ft.) when the W-30 first came out. Leya's song demo was and still is the best vocal and acoustic guitar sample demo I've heard on a keyboard.

Yeah I like that sound. I also have that on my Genesys. It has three voices in one.

Thx, Fran but I wanted to hear El Condor Pasa. All kidding aside, I quite enjoyed it.
