Yes, in Registration Memory. Just make sure that the associated 'Reg Memory Contents' box(es) are checked before saving: Mic Setting, etc.

Once I set my mic settings, they don't change until I change them. I believe they are remembered in the Custom settings which you can access through the mixing panel.
I will research it when I get time.
