Craig,
I think i understand how you feel after reading the other threads, but please refrain from pouring gas in the fire.

Nielshs,
what is the instrument you wish to purchase? Can you reveal the name, or we have to wait until you have it in your hands?

Scott, I never praised something I haven't played yet..You may have heard me praise components[DisCover5], that the G70 appears to have..Don't worry , when I try one I will let you know what I think, as I did your beloved Tyros..

As for purchasing one..I have been able to purchase one at dealer cost for several months..When it comes to "New" stuff, I want to play/hear first hand...I don't want to have to unload units as I did with the last pair of PSR2100's I had..and for that matter, the FantomX and Triton Studio 76..

Trident please note the at the end of my posts and many others. Myself and nielsh have both dished it out to each other and have both taken it (I'm sure we've both had a laugh at each others expense by now) so hopefully we can get onto enjoying our keyboards without any more nonsense or other SZ users joining in, I know I will.

for you to be dropping the G70 it has to be for the E80 right ? and you have played one you crafty old fox!!!!

So come on tell us all about it. What does it have over the G70. I know you worked hard to personalise the G70 so it has to be something special for you to be changing so soon. Well ?

I can't speak for Neils, but a good buddy of mine actally PLAYED the E80 at length, and swears it sounds head and shoulders better than the G70, addressing & correcting the problems it had, and gives Tyros2 some stiff competition. The only reason I probably won't be getting an E80 myself is it's: 50 lb! and lack of jazz 'chord voicing' table recognition. Neils, congratulations on getting the E80 (if this is indeed what you're upgrading to). From what I've been re-assured, you're going to really love it. You LUCKY dog you. - Scott

Nielshs,
I am not trying to coax an answer, nor I am into guessing. It was a legit question, not connected with comments that flew back and forth in other posts.
I would ask anyone in this forum the same question exactly.

Craig,
I am happy you sorted it out with Nielshs. Were you playing a game with each other, or the quarell was real and got sorted out, as fas as I am concerned, I am happy that you or Nielshs didn't leave the forum. Enough users have left already.

Nielshs,
if it is the E80, or whatever it is, we need demos!!. Since you started posting things from the G70 (i think it started last summer) I noticed that each time it sounded better.
Theodore

Scott if you so happy with Tyros 2 why even consider the E80 if your happy with the T2, so if the E80 was 27 lbs or this rootless chord regog you desire you would get one & dump the T2 ?....is there some hidden between the writings we should know about?
