I just took my new Kaces III Porter #7 case (with built in wheels & telescoping handle) out yesterday on a gig and in ‘one word’, it’s fantastic. I was initially concerned that the #7 size would be too tight for my Yamaha PSR2000, as the manufacter recommends size #9 for PSR boards. I tested the 2000 on the size #9 case, and though it certainly fits, there is quite a lot of slop room which would allow the KB to bounce around too much for my comfort. On the other hand, size #7 is really the much ‘better size’ for the 2000, allowing you to slip it into place for a perfect glove like fit (no kb movement at all). The fit is pleasantly snug, without being too tight either.

I checked the construction quality and found the stitching and workmanship to be top notch. It’s well padded inside and out and the convient keyboard stand rack and associated cord belt used to secure the stand are really a great feature. I was easily able to attach my Quiklok X stand and gig bag as well to this for a quick ‘one trip’ in/out nursing home gig . This Kaces III Porter case has really will save gig transport time, and time is money, right?

George Kaye: Thanks for allowing me to cancel my Levys case order with you. I’m sure the Levys case would have worked out fine too, but the Kaces III Porter #7 with built in wheels and pull out rack to accommodate a keyboard X stand, as well as my gig bag too, make this the perfect 'all in one' setup for me. Many thanks again to Uncle Dave for his 'initial' recommendation.

Fran got that one first. I was late finding it too, but I love it. He's got the one that sleeps 6. (G1000 is really long!)

Hi,
I need a case/bag for my Y. 9000 Pro. Which model Kaces would I need to hold the 9K without adding a lot to the overall length? The 9000 Pro will barely fit in my van now. If the case adds more than about two inches I can't use it.
Thanks,
Deaton

79 bucks for size 7? How much is for 76 keys? I guess it's size 9 or 11.
