This guy has put the same picture up 3 times, the first time had a winning bidder, then put it up again, same picture different id, and now it's up for the third time once again different id.

Ebay pulled them off before I'm sure they will get this guy out too

Ebay scammers are out of control. Just look for a Roland VA and you'll find some chump with 50 listings. Not only that, the same person will have 100's of listings of other instruments. I used to enjoy going to that site....
