sunnycool,

Have you looked into Cubase SX? That is what I would recommend.

Hi sunnycool,
I have not tried the PSR-740, but I do have the PSR2000 (Y2K) and I like it , kind`a.
It is a fine sounding KB and I love the "Organ" sounds. I would have to agree that a Y2K would be a good choice. It is a newer KB in fact it is the replacement for the 740 so , YES get the Y2K you won`t regret it. There are some "quirks" but they are not so bad as to make the baord a "pain" . The only complaint that I have is with the construction, I just wish they put a better "keyboard" on the KB !!
O-BTW, Welcome to our family and the best corner of the web !! The people are , as you can tell, great and are always ready to help and we all "pitch in as best we can" .

Hi sunnycool,
Sorry about your "break-up" but it reminds me of an old (realy old) saying, If you catch a "bow" and let her go, then comes a new path to follow and it my lead you back to from what was once lost.
Take care and think music !!
