Start the credit card company procedure now!!!!

I've just had to do this. My company small print states that they must be informed of any queries within 60 days of the TRANSACTION. I almost missed the window as I was giving the other party "reasonable" opportunity to respond.

Funny you bring this up, but I was thinking I will start the procedure tomorrow!

I still don't have a credit on my credit card (I can check online instantly) and I figured I'd send a few emails to MusicalInstruments.Com and try to get it straightened out but why wait!?

They have been so coy with me that they'd probably drag it on another two months until I miss the window. Tell me BS like it will take a couple billing cycles to show up on your card.

From now on I'll stick to Music123, SameDayMusic, Musician's Friend, and Zzounds.

I'll start the procedure tomorrow.
