had trouble finding 64 ram for my psr9000 ...but Staples had PNY memory that worked:

PNY Technologies Memory Master Complete Upgrade Kit
7280060se-cs
64mb edo upgrade kit
35757
Yellow Package
Staples was selling it for 70 dollars a few months ago.

Staples had same product in RED Package and those memory chips were smaller in size and didn't work... That's why I pointed out the YELLOW BOX version.

I was lead to believe it was harder to find memory for the psr9000 ...so If it works in the psr9000 it should have no problem working in the 9000pro!

i had tryed 3 or 4 simm's before I found one that worked.
I posted the exact Brand Name, model number and part number... maybe do an online search or check pny brand online and see if they can give you vender that has it in stock! then make sure you get Yellow Package... by asking vender to look at package for you.
9000pro owners here may be able to offer model numbers they tried that worked too.
Good luck!

p.s. 64 megs gives you 12 minutes of sampling time...used for both recording and playing back... 11 seconds default is nothing... that way you can download wav files from web and load them using the 11 minutes that way too.

This is the memory you need, as it is the same I used in Yamaha Pro. Here: Compatable Yamaha Pro Memory sticks/Simms Also the main page if you have difficulty ordering:
Crucial Technology

Remember the part number: CT8M32P2M6

Asena,

I followed the link that Tony (Jupitar5)gave in a previous post and purchased the memory for my PSR 9000 from Crucial Technology. The memory worked great!. After all the trial and error with cheaper memory, I was thrilled to finally get something that worked like it was supposed to. So for reliable memory that you won't have to return, follow the link that Jupitar5 has posted in this topic.

TONY, belated thanks for your help,

Kind Regards,
Dennis
