On a number of sites, MP3 file are available for listening/downloading.

Could someone please let me know how I could create MP3s using my Ketron X1, without too much loss of quality?

Just record your X1 into your computer as WAV file then convert that to MP3.

I use soundforge to record WAV then use Lame to convert to mp3. Off course if you want to sequence and and stuff you can use Cakewalk or Logic Audio, but for quick live demos I use soundforge.
