Hi,
While exploring my SD1 I found what the 'noise' in the e-piano causes : The CHORUS DSP !!
Reducing the amount of chorus lets the noise diappear. The samples are VERY clean....thank God !

I think it was Silver that mentioned this before : the SD1 needs Lexicon DSP's.

Roel...Thanks for the info on the noise. I would agree 'Lexicon' quality effects would be nice on the SD1. I think adjusting the effects can improve sound quality in a few other areas also. I just realized last night I could adjust the parameter settings in the main effect(Hall1,Hall2,Studio,Etc.)and store them to a User setting. This gives me just what I want for Vocals and RH sounds for each Block Reg./Style I use. Right now, with only the Prelim. Manual, it is a little frustrating at times to get to where you want to go! Sometimes it is fun to find things out on your own!!

Actually it was Dreamer to write about SD1 and Lexicon. Here is the link to his topic: http://www.synthzone.com/ubbs/Forum37/HTML/001551.html
