I play live and on occasion get forced through a DI box in. My main concern is that this makes my Realistic Moog sound like a buzzer rather than a synth. Does anyone know of a way to fill out the sound direct in? Or should I insist that my soundman not be lazy and mic my amp?
Thanks

Running a synth through an amp adds a certain quality or color to your sound that you control(reverb, didtortion,EQ).
If your amp has a "Line Out" on the back, your soundman can take a DI from there, leaving you with total control over your sound as before...
If no "Line out",then your amp can/should be mic'd similar to the way a guitarist's amp is done.

Thanks Ian.Unfortunately the later is my case and there is no line out, only a speaker out. The case is that on some quick band changes they insist that when I only play two keybaords that they go in channel A and B of the DI box. Guess there isn't much I can do.
