The program I have is supposed to upload "some" wav files. But, most importantly, mine is not one of them.

I guess mp3's would be the way to go??

Is there a simple and possibley free program that I can use to upload my demos to one of my pages?

You need to use a FTP program, www.smartftp.com is a great one.

I actually already have an FTP. I guess anyone will work?

I guess I need to find a way to link that to my web site program?

Your welcome. What you will need is your websites ftp address which is often, ftp.(your address).(com,org,net, ect) Then you need your Login name and password. You would have recieved this information from your website hosting provider. You can upload any file using an ftp program.
