The last time I was sick was a year and a half ago, a few weeks prior to the 1st Florida SZ jam (which I attended), so perhaps you're refering to this as the short time period.

I try to maintain a healthy diet, and get proper amount of sleep, etc), but I suppose we just can't avoid every single flu bug lurking out there.
