Hi everyone...Does anyone know of any Arranger keyboard..old or new..that has a PAUSE and REWIND/FF button feature? It seems that, whenever I'm trying to learn the keyboard part from a SMF, the passages on the display go by so fast, (especially the comp chords) that I can't seem to catch the phrases.

Using the TEMPO button helps sometimes, but then I lose the continuity of what is being played. I'd rather be able to "freeze a phrase', so to speak, than to slow it down to a crawl and lose the musical context of the line.

The REWIND/FF button would seem to come in handy when you're editing sequences, and thus don't have to play the sequence over again from the beginning in order to hear a part at or near the end of a song you're trying to develop...until of course, you're ready to hear it, in its entirety, from the beginning.

Any answers here?

The Roland E-500 and the E-50, has thees features ,try them out.

Also the Roland EM2000 and G1000 have this facility. Possibly the new Va7 & Va76 but check them out.

Yes, the VA7 and the VA76 also have FF/RW. Also play, pause, loop etc.
