I demoed the Roland EXR-7 again, and it sounded better then that last time I tried?
It did not sound harsh to me this time?? I asked the saleman if it was a different model and he said no. The acc piano sound good, although very bright, with plenty of volume. THey have a voice called spinet piano, that sounds very authentic. They have finally updated the flutes. The attack flute is awesome, with a very classic sound suitable in a classical piece. Doesn't seem to be appropriate with full arranger. There is another flute as well, that is excellent. Organs are good, but not many, brass and strings are all good. I like the cover function butons, since it increases the variation on styles. The downside, of course is functionality. THe PSR1500 blows it away in the functionality department; organ flutes, style recording, etc.
THe PSR1500, PSR2100 and PSR3000 are great little boards. Seriously thinking of buying the PSR2100.
