Hello Zoners,

I have an option to buy a Korg PA1X Pro (76 key) for $1400 + tax, it is a store model but in very good shape, it is not Elite Model, it is basic Korg PA1X, can you please tell me if it is a good price for it? or should I go for more expensive PA800, I am not a pro, just play at home however sounds are important to me, can Korg PA users shed some light, if there are huge differences in the older PA and new PA's? thanks in advance..

That's about half what you would pay (or less!) than a new PA2XPro.

Although there are many more, the PRIMARY difference between the two is polyphony, and that is something that PA1Xpro users never complained much about in the first place.

You may also find out that it hasn't been upgraded to the latest OS (no biggie, you can do this easily yourself), so it may not sound it's best until you do.

Unless you DO have the money for a PA2Xpro, I'd say go for it!
