I've finally convinced myself to send my SD-1 out for repair. The problem of not turning on has happened twice already (in the last month). There is also a problem with the microphone (micro 1). When it is set to "ACTIVE", there is a continuous "ticking" sound coming out of the speakers.

I have upgraded to 3.0b OS.

Can someone give me some information on how to go about sending out the SD-1 for repair? Who should I contact? I live in Houston, Texas.

BTW, I bought this keyboard as "used" from an individual.
