While loading styles and sounds into my PA1X, I lost the factory sounds. Does anyone have a link to get the original sounds back. PA1X does not include restore discs and I did'nt back up. I did install internal HD to allow easier backup and import. Any help would be appreciated.

At this site you can click on PA1X and you will find the downloads for the resource files which you can either download and make floppy disks to load in or you can download the USB resource file. There are directions after you download the file in PDF file format telling you how to go about the installing the resource files back into your keyboard

After reloading the Resource Files all of the sound banks are empty. The performance patches are there, but no sounds in the sound banks to play. I've tried reloading resource files but still no sound banks. I thought the internal sounds were in ROM. Is there a hard reset or a procedure to bring back sounds?

Any help would be appreciated.

It appears that Korg integrated Factory Sound Protection in OS Ver 2.50. Unfortunately my OS is ver. 2.01. Which explains why my factory sounds are gone. My question remains...where have they gone...and what do I have to do to get them back?
