Hi X1 owners !

Example I want to create a simple Black Magic Woman_Santana style by copy chacha2 style, then begin to record a typical BMW bass pattern over the old one.

I use the pattern edit button then begin to start record the bass highlight track. while the chacha beat is playing, I begin to play the bass line in Dm chord for 2 bar, then Am chord for 2 bar. Done & Save.
After that I go back to play this partern, the bass line can't recognize any chord change on the left hand side ! I don't know is there any thing else that I miss to set it up ?

Thanks in advance for your helps !

Yes you must use C and as Dave said when you play back "live" it works brillo as in other keyboards Pierce

Are you remaining in C regardless of chord IE Chords Eg Dm and Am become C C or put another way if you were doing chord progression c F G Am Dm with only one bass note per chord then you should record C C C C C ????Pierce
