I'm gonna' cut back on the number of jobs, spend more time sailing, spend some time travlin' around the world and meeting some of the zoners from across the pond, then maybe take another whirlwind trip south. And finally, spend a lot more time with my wife now that she has retired.

Happy New Year folks,

Gary

T,thanks!! It should be here by next Thursday. Once I learn my way around it I'll upload an mp3 or 2. Of course you can always come hear it live. I'll keep you posted.

Congratulations on your coming retirement and good luck with your knee surgery. I hope running NYC didn't contribute to that problem.
Happy New Year

TommyF, thanks for the input. The PA800 was on the radar screen for me as well, but I spent a couple of hours demoing the T2 this week, that was part of the clincher. I also had a conversation with George Kaye who had some valuable input about arrangers. Plus having a CVP307 and a PSR 3000 I don't have to relearn an OS, I can just expand what I already know from the 2 other boards.

HI Stever

Congrats!.. Boy, you sure move fast when you are motivated. You will learn to love that T2 a lot more than you already do. It amazes me more and more everytime I sit down to play it. It also amazes the audiences, a bunch!

Best
Scott

1. Put more effort into study of classical works. (1/2 hour once every day)

2. Reconnect with jazz teacher for some lessons.

3. Focus on learning and incorporating new runs. (2/month)

Don,

Yep, it's the one with the foldable top. It was actually quite advanced for its time. It even had a few of the FM voices from the DX7. There is one for sale at eBay right now. See it here . The "Buy It Now" price is $79.00! A lot less than I payed in 1984. I guess that arranger keyboards are not a very good investment of money

Kind regards,
Tommy
