I have a psr 2100 and i gotta question. when I am recording many tracks, is there a way to adjust the volume on each track seperately? (like lets say make only the bass louder etc.)

Yup.
Try the express route.
Direct Access>Main2.
It will bring up the mixing console and you can change anything you want.
