Right you are, Russ. No one has ever accused me of being a big country music fan, but.....I was watching Jay Leno the other night and the musical guest was Travis Tritt. Since I don't follow country music, he wasn't familiar to me (I'm sure he's big in country circles), but I have to admit, I really enjoyed his performance of an original, "He never takes me dancing" or something like that. I thought he had the makings of a first rate soul singer . Lot's of energy, lots of feeling, and just the right amount of rough edge to his voice.

First time in a long time that I listened to the entire performance since Jay usually features less-than-stellar rock groups and I'm outta there after about 4 bars.
