Great job, Donny. who needs to sing when you can play like that. the styles sound fantastic too. you made a choice with the PA800.

You and the board sound really good Donny. I liked the drums/bass. Thanks for taking the time to record and post.

Take care,

Chris

Donny, Nice distinctively Korg clean sounding voices & decent intros and main style patterns. Contrary to the SD1+ of which I don't recall hearing demos from you, the fact that you've posted something so soon after getting the PA800 is great cuz it tells us you're quickly feeling at home recording with it.

The ONE thing that's been so highly discussed and debated here, but absently missing in your demo are: "FILLS".

It sure would be nice to hear a demonstration on how fills sound when triggered:

1) within the SAME variation section
2) transitioning from one variation section to another.

I would especially appreciate hearing a simple combo swing pattern (drums, bass, piano) with triggered drum fills examples as outlined above.

Thanks for taking the time to share your excitement & growing experiences with your Korg PA800.

Scott

Thanx Chris for the listen....just wanted to bring out some Live Audio Demos hardly tweaked with factory STSD sounds for people who might be in doubt about the Pa800 by some of the posts here...

Stay well

Listen close to the songs 3:08, 3:26 there are some fills in the songs....as said these are Short demos & didnt want to make it longer then 10 minutes...
I will try to do more in time.

btw I'd love to hear some short T2 demos from you also now that you mastered it..

Thanx Ian.....

I now feel confident that I can get the Pa800 to sound exceelent to my taste in time alot has to be done while Im performing its the only way to truly be acurate in tweaking and setting levels....I somtimes carry a pad to write notes on stage to later at home make the nessassary refinements.

Hope to hear a few different S900 Demos from you also.

Donny, great job, you make the board sing without using your voice. Nice!
