Anyone know how to get a LCD monitor to work with a Midjay, it will work with a regular CRT?

Update on the lcd with the Midjay, it will work with a CRT and will work with a 17" LCD I have, but it won't work with the 15" new LCD just bought. the 15" will work with all computers but not with the Midjay

CRT monitors will work at various resolutions, however LCD monitors tend to have a preset resolution for their size, (15” 800x600, 17” 1024x768, 19” 1280x1024) and require help from the computer to display other resolutions, so my guess is that the Midjay outputs at 1024x768, which is why it works with a 17” LCD.
A good test is to connect the CRT monitor and see what resolution this defaults to when you connect it to the Midjay. (At a guess I would say it would be 1024x768, although I could be wrong)
