Scott, how do you find the converted KN files
working on PSR?
Much tweeking and work to get it usable, and
what about the measure limit in 'composer' or
what it is called on the Yam?

I just called my wife over to the computer to stand over my shoulder and read Uncle Dave's post. Her comment was " is this getting a little bit away from arranger keyboard discussions?" My answer to her was "unless you've been around this discussion forum for some time, you just haven't experienced another group like this". "We really are like a family on this board" was my reply and I'm glad to be a part of all of this. We are here because we all enjoy being part of this group and I hope we stay around for years to come.
Regards to All,

Gunnar,
Converted Technics KN5000 styles (via Emc StyleWorks Universal) sound great on the PSR2000, abeit a small amount of tweaking (volume track balances & some sound re-assignment). The Yamaha PSR2000 has an accompaniment style 'pattern length' limit of 32 (thirty-two) bars. - Scott

Scott,

Thanks for mentioning me in this thread. I am still checking this forum daily but do not post as frequently as before due to busy work and other commitments. I still play keyboards (non-arrangers) and drums in Sunday worships at my church every week but occasionally play arranger keyboards at home just to keep up the reflexes and thus not much to post on this forum.

Thanks,

Paul Ip
from Texas

As a new member, let me congratulate you all for having such a sense of "community" in this forum. Thanks Uncle Dave for making it possible for me to get to know everyone in depht in such a short period of time. Although I've known some of the members from the Solton Group like GeorgeK and AJ (both assets to any group)in the past, It's reassuring to know that there are so many guys who are so knowledgable and willing to help not only in the subject of K/b arrangers but also life experiences in this complicated field of ours. Let me just say that I am priviledged to know you all; you give me the inpiration to help others by being the open unselfish group you are.
Best Regards,
Mario
PS. Looking forward to this year's East Coast convention at the Jersey Shore.

Team,
I must admit it has been a pleasure seeing some of you, connecting with most of you and serving all of you in one way or another. I hope we can keep up the positive spirits of this happy 'family'; thank you all for your individual contributions.

Dear All,
I have certainly enjoyed reading many posts, and if I had recorded the laughter, it would make up a good series of tapes.
I have also learned quite a bit. Even though there are many things I still struggle with, in terms of musical knowlege and terms(still am able to live without the sustain pedal), the more I read here the more I learn.
Thanks to everyone who has ever posted a sincere post on this forum. And special thanks to those who were not bashful to intertwine humor in the middle of mundane topics to lighten things up.
Soon I will make an mp3 of some of my improv music playing and singing, to give you guys a chance to get to know where I am at, musically that is, and hopefully, get some encouragement to do more.
Thanks to all!
BIG GROUP HUG TO ALL!!!

Sincerely
Benz
