Hi..I have a technics 6500 but when I try to save music I have recorded in the sequencer into a midi file format, it will not put it on the floppy. It only puts on a few notes. I am using the auto accomplement chords section.
Any ideas ???

Hi,
there is a specific way of saving midifiles on technics keyboards , I think it's apc to smf conversion. It should be in your manual.
I don't my kn7 anymore so unfortunately I can't give you specific instructions as I haven't done it for a while.

There is a Technics group on Synthzone forum, they may be able to help.

best wishes
Rikki

You have recorded a Technics midi file and not a GM midi file, they are not the same. Save a technics midi file as a Technics file and you should have no problem.

If you wish to make a GM file of your song you can, but it's not easy.
