Do a search for Kaypro; they make one with a pitch bender/mod wheel combo and some program change buttons. Also check out both Roland & Yamaha. They offer mini-controllers with 49 keys for simple entry needs like yours. And don't neglect Casio; most of their sound sets are pure cheese, but for this, they offer some reasonable alternatives.
Check out www.ugbm.com and www.roguemusic.com for 2nd-hand goods. They're dependable folks and have techs who can guide you pretty well.
