or is the only solution 3 separate pedals

Hi Mike

Your dealer can probably order this made by Bespeco. That's how I got mine. There was a legal issue about being a copy of the Roland but if your dealer can order them you will be able to get them a lot cheaper than the Roland.

I use 3 and they slide together to make one unit.

Mikey: Short of re-wiring an existing (TechNote) multi- pedal unit designed for another kb, as I did (see pics below), I too recommend the add-on attachable type units DNJ & ScottL recommended. It's IMPORTANT to note though that they come in either of two ways: "latched" or "unlatched". Be sure to get the "un-latched" momentary switch version. The Roland brand you want is the: Boss FS-5U.

Take notice (in my pics below) of the plywood platform I created which solidly locks it to my Quicklok X-stand and the plywood tabs which surround the pedal unit to keep it fixed and stable from becoming kicked out of place:
