Any one of you PRO owners out there; have you been able to find a sturdy light case for this "monster"? I am in desperate need of one for my next gig. So far I failed to find one with the right dimensions. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Mario

Thanks Robby. Where did you order it from? Yamaha? or any particular dealer.
Also, if you don't mind my asking, what should I expect to pay for it?
Thanks again
Mario

Mario,
You need to check with someone who handles tho's large KB's like the 9000pro. I'm sure
that George Kaye would have light case like you want well worth the money. Give him a try!

All the best,

Hi Mario,

when I bought my Pro I got a case that is really great from George. He told me though that he doesn't carry them any more.

After doing some research I found the case in an Interstate Music catalog.

The company is Kaces, the ordering # is: EC29611, the name: KKP-11KB, price is $139.98 (list is $209.95).

It is a lightweight soft case with wheels and handles like a cary on case in an airplane. It is very sturdy.

The Pro has almost the same dimensions as the EX-5 which they usually mention.

To order a catalog: 1-800-462-2263

I checked out their webside www.interstatemusic.com, but they didn't list the case there.

Good luck

Eric

Hi Eric:
Thanks for the info, I will give'm a call. It's beyond me how in the world Yamaha managed to produce such a sofisticaded keyboard and not bother making something available to transport it. I checked with places as far as Europe and still no Yamaha case fro the PRO.
Thanks for your help.
Mario
