You must save the new sound along with every other setting you are using (including style) to registration memory. There is no way to create a new voice that you can just use with any style that you want. But if there are a couple of styles that you like to use this voice with, you can save everything to registration memory. How to save registrations is explained thoroughly in the manual. What isn't explained is the usefulness of pressing any one of the four one touch setting buttons and the instant access button simultaneously to get into the registration memory (Not having the keyboard right in front of me, I am pretty sure this is how it's done). If after looking at the manual and reading this, you still don't know how to save a registration, email me, and I will try to help you.
